Most services provided at our clinic are covered by Manitoba Health. However, some services are not covered and may require payment by the patient.

If you do not have a Manitoba Health card but are from another Canadian province with a reciprocal agreement with Manitoba, your insured medical services may still be covered.

Patients from provinces without a reciprocal agreement, or patients from outside Canada, may be required to pay for their visit. Please note that we do not direct bill third-party insurance companies unless otherwise arranged.

A fee schedule for uninsured services is available on our website and at the clinic.

There is no fee if you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice.
A no-show fee may apply if you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or do not contact the clinic.

No-show fees:
Regular Appointment: $25
Specialist / Consult / Physical Appointment: $50

To help us serve all patients efficiently, we kindly ask patients to limit their concerns to two per visit.

If you have additional concerns, the physician may recommend booking another appointment.
